Treesets Or Hashmaps?

I've posted this on a few communities to get there opinions, here's now. Now please note that this is excluding ArrayList from the equation (Seen as thought most use it). What would be more efficient? Treesets or hashmaps, both have there unique properties and designed to do things, but what would be more appropriate for let's say handling banlist.

I personally think Treesets, but it's a close argument. So I'm undecided. No stupid comments.
